The Albuquerque Recreational Senior Softball League welcomes all. We play twice weekly between the end of April into September. We are of all experience levels, from beginners on up. Our games are played under Senior Softball USA Rules, modified to maximize player safety. Competition is on a friendly level and the focus is on having fun.

We are always recruiting players and, for those who are interested, umpires.

It is a great social experience and good exercise. Our youngest players will turn age 65 (men) or 40 (women) this year. Our oldest participant turns 101 in 2026. We would love to have you turn out!

The approximate cost is $60 – $90 per player (or less if you have a sponsor) for 36 – 42 games, which is an amazing deal for so much fun all summer. We typically have 12 teams. We play with 11 players in the field and each team carries anywhere from 15 player to 18 players on their roster.

We play on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The early games begin at 9:00 am and the late games follow immediately after, typically around 10:30 am or so.

A field checker will verify field conditions – weather etc. – okay by 7:30am game day.
